Owned and operated my own retail clothing boutique. As the owner of my own brick and mortar business, I had to be a “one man army.” I single-handedly created monthly financial budgets, purchased inventory and devised promotional strategies. I also created and maintained my own custom POS system written from scratch in Visual Basic.

Owned and operated my own graphic T-shirt company. I personally used my artistic abilities and software knowledge to designed graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Using a screen-printing process, I manufactured fashion and athletic apparel that showcased my graphic designs.

Acquire radio frequency data needed for network optimization. Also worked closely with RF Engineers to assist in the processing of RF data and troubleshooting of network performance. As a member of the RF team, I contributed to a unified effort that lead to my entire team receiving Sprint Nextel’s award for “Best Performing Regional Team.”

Installed and upgraded PCs and peripherals. Software installation and networking. Also performed data migrations. As Team Leader, I managed and formed procedural strategies for less experienced technicians.
